Licensed clinical social worker and certified EMDR therapist serving clients across Louisiana.

I provide in-person and virtual EMDR therapy in New Orleans and virtual EMDR therapy across Louisiana

I provide weekly EMDR therapy and monthly intensives for female leaders and entrepreneurs.

I help ambitious women get to the stubborn roots of lifelong limiting patterns, heal old hurts, and begin to experience more joy and freedom in the process.

I support female leaders and business owners through all the big decisions, messy transitions, relationship shit, and unexpected left turns that make life worth living.

Focus areas include:

Work stress

  • feeling stuck or undervalued at work

  • negative performance reviews

  • starting a business

  • procrastination

  • impostor syndrome

Relationship stress

  • rejection sensitivity

  • social anxiety

  • dating

  • breakups

  • loneliness

  • friendship breakups

  • postpartum return to work

Fertility and Family

  • ambivalence about having kids

  • later in life family planning

  • primary and secondary infertility

  • premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and premenstrual exacerbation (PME)

Social Patterns

  • perfectionism

  • people pleasing

  • unexpressed anger

  • unexpressed needs

  • low self-confidence despite “having it all together”

  • minimizing your own needs or the impact of your past experiences because “it wasn’t that bad” or “others have it worse”

My practice is a great fit for clients who have had some talk therapy experience, are aware of recurring or stuck patterns, are tired of just talking in circles about the problem and want to do deeper work to reconnect with and heal exiled parts of themselves, increase self trust and self compassion, rewire their nervous system’s response to life’s inevitable stressors and finally live a life free of the limiting beliefs that have held them back from their full potential.

I provide weekly EMDR therapy and monthly three hour EMDR intensives. If you are looking for more frequent contact than weekly therapy or monthly three hour intensives, I can provide referrals for excellent support groups and providers who offer a higher level of support.

My practice does not provide active crisis stabilization or regular stabilization between sessions, and may not be suitable for clients with recent psychiatric hospitalization in the past year.
