Intensive EMDR Therapy

Intensive EMDR therapy is an expedited path to relief from the effects of past and recent adverse events and ongoing distress, including performance anxiety, procrastination, and a sense of unease, inadequacy, or hopelessness at work and at home.

Group intensive EMDR therapy is available for recent traumatic events and ongoing traumatic stress affecting first responders and work teams at hospitals, schools and nonprofit organizations.

First responders may be eligible for up to ten individual sessions at no cost through the Louisiana Trauma Resource Network. Please ask for information about this if you think you may qualify.

Intensive EMDR Therapy with Therapy for Helpers includes:

Intake Session (50 mins, $150)
